Solar Consultation
Our trained development team educates our prospective and current clients on the value of solar power and analyzes each site to bring customized solutions.
Feasibility Study: We begin with a preliminary review to understand the client’s goals and how to execute a project. In this process we identify viable locations and what type of installation, whether it be a roof install or a ground mount.
Demand Study: This process studies the building’s current electrical demand to see how much solar will offset. We show clients how cost competitive solar is to the specific buildings and utilities’ rate schedules.
Deal Structuring
We work with cash purchases, or will connect you with some of our trusted solar loans, and power purchase agreements (PPA) partners depending on a client’s specific situation.
Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) make solar conducive for tax exempt organizations and leased properties. We have worked with several non-profit organizations, municipalities, and independent and public schools to provide immediate and long-term savings.
Cash Purchases provide the most lucrative return for owner-occupied buildings. Most times the levelized cost for solar is less than half what clients pay on their electric bill.
Solar Loans are great options to relieve a large upfront purchase. Eligible businesses can use our network of lenders to obtain a low interest loan.

Construction & Management Services
Permitting: Navigating the myriad permit requirements of any given municipality can be a daunting task. Our Construction Management team has a proven track record of delivering municipal approvals without delay. We work closely with plan reviewers and planners to address any potential obstacles during the review process, expediting project approval and keeping your project moving forward and on schedule.
Procurement: We maintain relationships with a wide network of suppliers to enable us to deliver high quality products with no interruption to the construction schedule.
Construction: Our NABCEP certified team is especially trained and qualified to handle all scopes of your solar project. In our tenure, we have built projects efficiently and effectively to keep developers on track with their construction schedule. Our experience helps partners quickly find solutions to obstacles that may arise in the field.
